John and his team performed a serious service for me after another automotive service provider, part of a national chain, put the wrong size tires on my car and charged me for an alignment but didn't do one. Those issues will be taken care of but John and all took care of the issues with my car. I learned that mixing tire sizes stresses the axle and messes up the computer on these technology packed cars. Struts and parts like that become involved. Not only did the crew at Birch's tackle those issues, they did a real alignment and installed the correct tire. They also reloaded the computer system so it could start ‘relearning’ my driving habits and the bad data from the non-matched tires is gone. And they seated the struts (my name, not theirs.) If Birch's had not helped me in an expeditious fashion, my car would have had more damage and may have stopped working altogether. They recognized that I was dependent upon my car and did everything needed . They did a full day's work to return my car to good AND DEPENDABLE condition. I am grateful and can't recommend them enough.

Did you know that airbags weren't mandatory safety equipment in passenger vehicles until 1997? Now, you'll find them in well over 100 million cars and trucks on the road. Since their invention, airbags, along with the seat belt, have played a major role in reducing the number of injuries and deaths in traffic collisions.

From the professionals at Birch's Automotive & Muffler in Arlington, TN, here’s how to tow your vehicle:

Checking the fluid level on your transmission is fairly easy, but a bit more complicated than checking your oil. With that in mind, here are some tips from Birch's Automotive & Muffler in Arlington, TN in regard to checking your transmission fluid.
