We are very happy with the service at Birch's. They did a thorough job of discovering all of the problems with our van and now it runs a lot more quietly than it has in a long time. They also had a van for our family to use for just a dollar a day, which was awesome and helped me get our kids to school. I came in to Birch's to have glass packs fitted to my 1978 dodge truck, and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received. When I asked about the cost, they gathered all the requests I had, then went out and looked at the truck to see what they'd need to do. (no other shop I visited did both these things. One shop lifted my truck up on a rack to check but couldn't give me an accurate quote and everyone else just threw numbers at me.) It took all of 3 hours to do and the price was very good for what I wanted done.
