As a former auto tech, I am picky about where I will take my vehicles. I do a lot of work myself, but there are times I need a real shop to handle the work. Reviews were good for Birch's, so I decided to give them a try on the damaged exhaust system on my van. Glad I did! John runs an honest shop of real mechanics. They are not just parts swappers like so many other places. They worked to straighten our damaged exhaust and only had to change one part. Saved me over $600 from what the dealer quoted.
