Birch's Automotive is simply outstanding! I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop, EVER. I own a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, which at this point, is like a family member. I took it to Birch's because it began to ride sort of rough. I initially thought/hoped it was just a couple of minor issues, but based on a thorough evaluation by the Birch team, some major repairs were required. The Birch team kept me aware and updated at every step of the repair process including costs. John and Brian are the absolute best. Really, these guys are great! I received an almost new set of tires to use for my GMC Sierra from a friend who lifted and put new tires on his 3/4 ton Ram. Since the new tires came off a 3/4 ton truck they were a little larger than my stock tires which made it harder to find someone to mount and balance my new tires. Birchs did it for a little cheaper than I was quoted at other shops. They also aligned my front end which was the reason the old tires wore out prematurely. If you are looking for a place you can trust, go to Birchs. I had questions about after market equipment that I suspected had been mounted on my truck (I bought it with 13K miles on it) and their technicians searched under the truck and showed me what had been done. As a former auto tech, I am picky about where I will take my vehicles. I do a lot of work myself, but there are times I need a real shop to handle the work. Reviews were good for Birch's, so I decided to give them a try on the damaged exhaust system on my van. Glad I did! John runs an honest shop of real mechanics. They are not just parts swappers like so many other places. They worked to straighten our damaged exhaust and only had to change one part. Saved me over $600 from what the dealer quoted.
